At 1:36, Ms. Round-the-Corner is yelling for his name, and at 2:02, Mr. Sir Braid-a-Lot goes straight "hood" on the elderly gentleman. These two disrespectful officers clearly have some unresolved trauma, leading them to act out in such a manner. They are not only disrespectful but also resort to "hood" behavior with phrases like "watch this, watch this... and I dare you." It's like they're in a street fight rather than upholding the law. Lastly, I have to say it—they are all Black. In these challenging times, if we don't address this, who will? I'm not suggesting that Black officers should show favoritism towards other Black individuals, but at the very least, they should respect the elderly and understand the law.
